Ms. Amini holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Northridge and a degree in design from the International Fashion Academy in Paris. She has also been an accountant for Photo Emission Technology since 1990. Before that, she spent 15 years working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, for its Regional Cooperation for Development (RCD) as special assistant to the Secretary General. Her background also includes managing, designing and supervising cultural affairs and special events for the Iranian Economic Mission in Washington D.C. and the Iranian Embassy in Paris. While working in these positions, she frequently had the honor of assisting her fellow Iranians by linking them with social services of which they were in need. She has also been the executive producer of two documentaries related to single parenting and grief and loss.

Mr. Amini is the Co-Founder of Photo Emission Technology Inc., a high-tech electronics company. He currently holds the position of the Vice-President of Operations.

Mr. Chawla is President and Co-Founder of Photo Emission Tech., Inc. For the past ten years he has been involved in the design, manufacture and marketing of Solar Simulators and Solar Cell Testers.

Mrs. Chawla has been Medical Director of Clinicas Del Camino Real, a provider of health care services, for the last 20 years.

Dr. Zia maintains a private practice in Los Angeles and Simi Valley.

Ms. McSweeney was appointed as Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Westlake Village in November, 2009.
